Audio & Visual Department

Audio & Visual Department is composed of two main branch – Audio & Visual branch and ICT branch. There are three officers and eleven staff members Audio & Visual Department. This Department is trying to assist all students who are learning language by providing the CTC Training Rooms, Language Lab Rooms, Multimedia Rooms, Video Rooms, e-Resource Center and e-Learning Center. Moreover, this Department is also taking responsibility to provide ICT technology in order to facilitate the functions of the all units of Administrative Branch and of Academic Branch of the Yangon University of Foreign Languages.

U Chit Ko Ko obtained B.E Degree specializing in Metallurgy from Yangon Technology University in 1997. He has been working as Head of Department, Multimedia of the Yangon University of Foreign Languages since 2021. He saved his first carries as Researcher of Myanmar Scientific & Technological Research Department in 1999. He was promoted as Assistant Research Officer in 2000. Then he served as Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology in Yangon University from 2005 to 2006. He was promoted as Lecturer in 2006. He changed his carries from Lecturer to Head of Division (Admin) in Yangon University of Distance Education in 2007. He promoted as Deputy Director (Engineer) of Department of Higher Education (Upper Myanmar) in 2009. He promoted as Head of Department (Engineer) of Dagon University in 2014. Since 14 July 2021, he has been serving as Head of Department, Multimedia of the Yangon University of Foreign Languages.
